General Rules :
Discipline
All the students are expected to be well disciplined as per the rules and regulations of the College. A separate Disciplinary Committee of the College deals with any breach of disciplinary rules. The Disciplinary Committee will also provide counseling to the students whenever needed. A regular and/or serious breach of discipline may be the cause of expulsion from the College.
Attendance
The students must be regular in attending the classes. All the students must meet minimum attendance criteria i.e. 80% in order to appear the final examination.
Uniform/Dress
It is mandatory for all students to be in uniform during the College hours. Uniform colour and design should match exactly as prescribed by the College. Students without uniform will not be allowed to enter the College premises.
Financial Rules :
Fee Chart
The College has reasonable fee structure. The College will provide separate fee chart to the Guardian/Parents at the time of admission. Fee chart can also be obtained from the account section.
Payment Schedule
The College has fixed fee payment schedule i.e. within 1st week of the current month (i.e. up to 7th) according to Nepali Calendar. Payment is to be made within the stipulated time in order to avoid the late fee. Late fee will be charged at the rate of Re 1/- per day.
